Caramel Apple Cobbler

INGREDIENTS :

– Apples: 3

– Butter: 100 g

– Sugar: 50 g

– Flour: 50 g

– Sugar: 3 large spoons

HOW TO MAKE IT :

1. Before you begin, the apples needs to be peeled and cut into pieces.

2. I always use my fingertips when mixing 50 g of butter in pieces, flour and sugar, so to obtain small crumbs.

3. Then you’re going to get a pan and melt in and brown the spoons of powdered sugar. You’ll want to add 50 g of butter to form the caramel, add the apples; and please brown them well in the caramel.

4. Make sure you place the apples in ramekins, add the “cooking juices” on top and then the crumble dough. Immediately put in the oven at 190 ° C (thermostat 6-7) for approx 30 minutes. If necessary, you may add a few minutes.
